Refunds on Deposits

All deposits made on Money Mash Games are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is successfully completed, the amount will be credited to your in-app wallet and cannot be reversed.

Game Entries & MMG Coins

MMG Coins used for game entries are not eligible for refunds, except in cases of technical failure or game interruption due to server issues.
If a game is disrupted due to a verified technical error on our side, your entry amount may be refunded at the discretion of our support team.

Accidental Transactions

If you've made a transaction by mistake, please contact our support team within 2 hours of the transaction. Refunds for such cases are subject to review and are not guaranteed.

Fraudulent or Misuse-Related Refunds

Refunds will not be issued in cases where account misuse, fraud, or violation of our terms & conditions is detected.

How to Request a Refund

For eligible cases, email us at [email protected] with your registered mobile number, transaction ID, and a brief explanation within 48 hours of the transaction.

Note

Refunds, if approved, will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
